Our menus are more of a guide, a suggestion, a possibility of what will be served. We customize the menu we serve to you based upon the dietary needs of your group. Let us know in advance of any allergies, dislikes, or food you especially like, and we will create a meal based around your party’s preferences.

To Start:

  • Chicken liver and thyme pâté with crostini and bitter greens

Main Course:

  • Slow roasted sirloin with a red wine reduction
  • Whole roasted cauliflower with black garlic butter
  • Warm wheat berry salad with kaboucha squash, currants, kale and toasted walnuts
  • Shaved Brussels sprouts salad with apricots and bacon
  • Sweet maple bourbon glazed carrots
