Our menus are more of a guide, a suggestion, a possibility of what will be served. We customize the menu we serve to you based upon the dietary needs of your group. Let us know in advance of any allergies, dislikes, or food you especially like, and we will create a meal based around your party’s preferences.

 

Amuse Bouche:

  • Mini BLT Cups- Cherry tomatoes stuffed with arugula, chipotle aioli and topped with crispy bacon

To Start:

  • Caramelized shallot and gruyère fondue with toasted sourdough

Main Course:

  • Braised lamb shanks
  • Crispy smashed potatoes
  • Warm kale salad with candied kumquats and tasted pecans
  • Garlic green beans wrapped in bacon
  • Roasted golden beets in a thyme mustard cream sauce

Something Sweet:

  • Chocolate pistachio torte with warm chocolate ganache
