Whenever possible we source our produce locally, buy organic and keep the seasons in mind. We always use meat that was humanely raised and seafood that was sustainably harvested.
All our dishes are served on large platters at the table. We encourage you to have seconds, or even thirds.
Our menus are more of a guide, a suggestion, a possibility of what will be served. We customize the menu we serve to you based upon the dietary needs of your group. Let us know in advance of any allergies, dislikes, or food you especially like, and we will create a meal based around your party’s preferences.
